My name is Kitti Fodor-Mazzag. I’m a mother of two, a physiotherapist (BSc), a certified physiotherapist (MSc), and currently a PhD student at the University of Pécs.
I am passionate about promoting health and sharing the joy of movement, which is why I warmly welcome every mother to a safe, professionally grounded, and fun movement program!
I know it can be hard to get started and take the first step, but believe me — once you do, you won’t regret it!
Why?
Because postpartum body-shaping exercises – Fit Mom – Core Training or Spine Training – improve your quality of life and boost your energy levels. They also improve posture and reduce stress. These exercises support the recovery of diastasis recti (abdominal separation), strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, and help you reach the shape and strength we’ll define together as your goal.
A healthy MOM is the heart of the family – so take care of yourself, so you can give your best to everyone else!
Before your first session, please arrive on time – you’re welcome to bring your baby too – so we can perform an initial assessment. Based on this, your recovery and training plan will be customized to suit your individual needs and allow for gradual progression.
