“Life feels completely different when your body truly supports your everyday life.” 

Hi, I’m Eszter, a Pilates instructor. I first discovered Pilates during my university years to help with back pain – and I loved it so much that in 2010 I completed my instructor training. Since then, I’ve been teaching mat Pilates group classes in Budapest for more than 12 years. 

I believe that mindful movement doesn’t just transform the body but also the quality of life. 

What to expect in my classes?
Good vibes – Strength – Balance.
In that order. 

Each well-structured class is built logically, ensuring your whole body gets proper attention. Over time, typical discomforts like back pain, neck stiffness, or lower back tension can decrease, while your strength, posture, and awareness improve. 

My goal is not burning calories but teaching you how to move better – because being stronger and more conscious in your body positively impacts every aspect of your life.
