Daniella Füzesi
Spine Training
My name is Dana Füzesi, and I am a physiotherapist.
Movement has played an important role in my life since I was very young — I competed in sports for 15 years, and physical activity has remained an integral part of my everyday life ever since. I believe that movement should not only be a form of physical exercise but also a source of joy.
In my view, mental balance is just as important as physical health — the two are closely connected and can strongly influence each other. That’s why I always strive to create a positive and uplifting atmosphere during my sessions.
I earned my physiotherapy degree from the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Pécs, where I also completed a master’s degree in Health Care Management. I am currently a PhD student at the same university.
In my daily practice, I primarily work with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. In addition, I am also involved in teaching at the University of Pécs.
If you feel like doing something good for your health or simply want to boost your mood, I warmly welcome you to join my classes! 🙂
