What should I bring to the workout?
Sportswear (changing rooms available if you arrive in street clothes).
Mandatory: clean indoor shoes, towel, and water.
Workouts can only be attended with clean indoor shoes and a towel.
We have a limited number of spare shoes in case you forget, and towels can be rented at reception.
