Spine Training

My name is Mira Matusek, I am a physiotherapist and a current dietetics student.
I earned my BSc degree in Physiotherapy in 2024 at the University of Pécs, and shortly after that, I began my studies in Dietetics, also in Pécs.

I’ve always been fascinated by the complex functioning of the human body, and my academic journey has allowed me to continuously deepen my knowledge in this field.

Movement has been close to my heart since childhood. I’ve tried many sports over the years, but today my main passions are running and gym workouts.

As a physiotherapist, my goal is to show people of all ages that movement can be so much more than just a task — it can be a source of healing and joy. I believe that with a professionally designed and consistent training plan, we can not only strengthen our bodies but also nourish our minds and souls.

Spine Training:
The spine is one of the key pillars of our body, so it deserves special attention and care. Spine training is an excellent form of exercise — a well-structured and regularly performed routine can help prevent or ease many types of pain.

In my classes, I focus heavily on both strengthening and mobilization. Both are essential for maintaining long-term health: strong muscles provide stability to the spine, while a mobile spine ensures smooth, pain-free movement.
